Stronghold Definitive Edition is a remake of Stronghold, compatible with modern OS and PC specs, it has new campaigns and mission and is set in the medieval times of England. Stronghold Crusader hasn't been yet remade, has compatibility issue, doesn't have integrated multiplayer but has Skirmish, new Arabian units and it allows you to play against multiple AI lords and is set in the Middle East.

The bakery make 5 bread from every sack of floor. The consumption report you can see it when you click on the granary, the report on consumption/population. Easy. I think I have more then 10k hours in the stronghold crusader. The definitive edition looks like a cool remake. Is no difference in building system.
