Because the A15 doesn't support screen recording. Unfortunately all you can do is get a phone that supports it

Its just called screen recording it says you to pay but you don't actually have to٫ there's a X icon you can press and it will be gone.

For screen recording I go to the control center and choose where it shows the pen icon and choose edit and it will give you the icon for screen recording and put it in the center control and that's about it.Easy
