Also, those park views are protected! Nothing can be build in front of you to block the views, like all those billionaire row buildings - most of them have a block or four in front of them.. so you never know what can go up in the future there. Those buildings blocked views of buildings behind them. But if you have just CP in front, it's yours.

Since 111 west 57th I won’t trust you. And Emory Roth is the real deal. You should have stuck with those kind of buildings. But I guess selling at 111 w 57th got you a paycheck.
