I am not surprised, Napoli have always had it. The best individual players - Insigne, Politano, Victor, Lorzano, Zielinski, Elmas, Koulibaly, D Lorenzo, Ospina...all they needed was to change their style of play from individualistic style to collective style of play. The moment they did fixed it the sky becomes their limit. If they continue to play this way then for sure they will be unstoppable.

Is not that easy. Don't forget that Insigne is the captain of the team and more importantly an Italian so, it will be very difficult to relieve him of penalty kicks and give same to Osimhen. This could bring hatred against Osimhen by some of him teammates who may want show their loyalty to Insigne. Don't also forget there are some other senior players in the team who should even be first considered for penalty kiicks before Osimhen. Osimhen should not be overzealous to think that he should start taking penalty kicks.
