Rose fell in love and ended up with tens doctor-donna meta crisis doctor Martha fell in love and walked away Donna didn’t fall in love but did merge DNA with him lol Amy fell in love or had some sort of obsession since her childhood Clara fell in love a little bit with 11 and then sort of tried to become him. Bill didn’t fall in love Yaz is currently in love with the doctor lol Yeah I see the theme, a lot end up in love with the doctor or put them on a pedestal.

Season 10 was easily one of the best seasons of NuWho and it’s a crime that Bill, Nardole and The Doctor didn’t have a second season together. Maybe a few trips with Missy would’ve been extremely interesting. this season felt so fresh and new from the rest of the previous seasons. 12 was the best

​​@@dziltenerNo Cap. Series 10 was the best cumulation of Moffat and Capaldi's growth in their roles. I do find it amazing how Capaldi's run was almost the best end for Doctor Who. I mean series 9 had it not been for the twist, would have had Davros die in the Doctor's arms seeking affirmation from his greatest enemy. Series 10 the Doctor Falls had the best ending for the Master/Mistress while the Doctor died fighting to save nameless people against the enemies that caused his first death.

Same. I wish series 10 was split into two seasons (with the monks being the climax of the new series 10 and the Doctor falls cybermen/master being the climax of a series 11). That way we got more time traveling with Missy, Nardole, and Bill. Could've also really expanded Missy's character arc and Bill's overall development. Then again I'm also of the opinion Capaldi should have had as long a tenure as the 4th Doctor so... (but really though a season or two between series 9 and 10 would have been great. Like imagine an alternative ending to Hell Bent where the Doctor stays on Gallifrey, takes over the planet, and guides it's redevelopment all while losing himself until a run-in with Missy brings him back on track (and could later explain how Missy was almost executed in the series 10 flashback)).

Peter capaldi was truly born for the role as the doctor and no one will be able to top his perfect balance of a serious and funny portrayal of the character. He is by far my favourite actor and his acting in his last episodes along with the phenomenal writing made him look huge even among giants in the film industry.

Since Missy killed the sims version of the master they still need to mention if the new master in Jodies run is the second incarnation of the Master that came after his original introduction since the actor died they didn't have a regeneration scene or if the Master is from a different universe

I really liked this Series. The only time it started to fall flat for me was during the conclusion to The Monk Trilogy. Eaters of Light should’ve happened earlier as well. But other than that I really enjoyed this series. 12, Bill, and Nardole made a great Tardis trio. Wish they did another series together.

Bill is very underrated, like Martha...i love Bill, she's brilliant...very brave and intelligence, girl who was ready to learn..and her path was very heartbraking...all NuWho companions, maybe except Donna,, had good end, even Clara...but Bill...yes, i the very end she went with her girlfriend only gods knows where,, but before it she waits so many years trapped in that hospital, waiting for Doctor and after that became cyberman...anyway, she's very good character

@@thatpeskyrat I actually have never seen series 10 until just this past week after dropping the show after series 9 concluded because I was upset or lost interest, to be honest I dont even remember. I was consistently surprised by how good this season was even with weaker episodes like empress of mars and that fish one. I love the characterization of 12 as eccentric but true to himself while still lamenting what he has lost which is weirdly enough easy to project onto as a viewer since alike 12 series 7,8, and 9 feel like a distant memory now. Bill is a character rarely talked about but my personal favorite, her role as a youthful person who is curious about the world while also struggling to find oneself in it is a very relatable struggle which I see a lot of myself in. Nardole is easy to dislike as a comic relief and foil to the doctor and Bill but he has his moments which is i suppose is the point to a degree. Couldnt even begin to describe Missy but all the characters are great. The social commentary about primarily left wing rhetoric which of course is infamous for irritating right wing viewers (particularly the anti capitalism and sexual liberty stuff) still at the very least has quite a bit of merit today which often made me question if it was produced in 2017 or 2023.

It's criminal that we didn't have at least one additional season with Missy, Nardole, Bill, and 12. Easily the best TARDIS crew since the 4th Doctor's era. The Doctor needs more intellectual equals with very different ways of thinking. It's also criminal that the Doctor wasn't blind for longer. I loved the challenges it brought up and how it gave the Sonic Shades a distinct use from the Sonic Screwdriver.

IMO, Series 10 is when Capaldi's era started to shine. Something about the vibe and tone for Series 10 made it very enjoyable to watch. Plus, Bill and Nardole were the best companions for 12. Capaldi was always great, he has some of the best performances from the show, but I didn't like some of his episodes from Series 8 and 9.

I wish I could've watched the Twelfth Doctor before I saw any of the Thick of It (well all of the T o I and In The Loop). As much passion as he put into the role, I could never fully shake the feeling I was just watching Malcolm Tucker in space. Added to that during his era, Moffat fatigue was really creeping in. This is the benefit of casting an unknown like Matt Smith who completely made the role his own. I wonder how many people who have my problem and want to love the Twelfth Doctor more than they actually do.

There are definitely many lines which could have come out of the mouth of Malcolm Tucker like "She's my carer: she cares so I don't have to". And all the time when he starts making jibes about her make-up and face. He did seem less Tucker-ish by series 10, I'll grant you. I'm not slamming Capaldi btw - if anything it's a compliment to how indelible Tucker is. But I like the idea that playing the Doctor should be each actor's most distinctive role. I guess Capaldi and Davison are of a piece in that they were both strongly identified as TV characters before the role of the Doctor.
