Question 63 is driving me crazy. I have to think that D is correct as the distance one branch is from another should have nothing to do as to determining whether each should be considered an OSJ. Otherwise, as an example, we could have our two most complex branches just a few minutes apart but one would not be an OSJ as long as another is solely because of their distance apart. Sorry for the long comment! Thanks for the videos!
