I think in halo wars 1 when you froze enemy air they would just fall and die. So they did it for balancing.

It should be like in halo wars 1 in where when a aircraft was frozen would fall to the ground and shatter

Dectective Clueless it was useless in halo wars 1 and it only acted as support for people who didn't build air

not really. it was a great alternate power to the power jammer to lockdown Covenant hero making them easier to kill. it also kept bases from spawning units or completely killing off income for a while. i mostly used it lockdown scarabs rather then kill air.

probably because they decided to keep the cobras unique to Forge. They are also not a cryo unit
