@@Jordyenbono Does not have that issue on this one bro. Some people said they have but maybe theirs are defectives or early firmware. I got one. It is one of the best in terms of noise floor for bluetooth. No hissing like Bose 700.

Wow, those bass ports are massive! I like the little bits of color contrast on this gray model and also the blue one. It's a nice-looking headphone, and hopefully the thick pads are a sign of things to come with the XM4.

Maybe I missed this in the video, so could you clarify the following: 1) When the headphones (drivers) are only powered by the 3.5mm jack cable (i.e. switched off at the cup power button), is sound quality similar compared to when they're switched on with the 3.5mm jack cable still plugged in? I tried the wh-xb700 but didn't like the quality of the bass it sounded horrible. I tried using the app to lower the bass which worked but the mids and highs sounded boring no sparkle. Hopefully these have better bass quality and some sparkle in the mids and highs

What if you don't use a smartphone to listen to music, the app is useless. I don't have a smartphone, hell I don't even have a cell phone period. I listen with one of my two DAPs that do have Bluetooth. ( most of the time, 99%, wired connection is used )You can't download apps to them. Will this compromise the sound then?

However, I am unable to pair them to my TV (Panasonic Viera or LG) which has bluetooth for evening watching so I do not disturb my neighbours. It has also refused to connect to my Taotronics TT-BA014 bluetooth sender nor is it pairing to my FitBit Versa 2. It only pairs to my phone and laptop. Can you assist in giving advice on how I can pair it to my TV or any TV and my FitBit, otherwise the headphones would be pretty limiting in usage. Thanks.

Would you say these headphones are as loud as the 700Ns? 700s are 110 DBs. Spec sheet says 900s are 103 via cable, but no DBs via Bluetooth. Thought I'd ask u since you've tested both.

Noise cancelling is better on the XM3 and the XM4. There is more bass on these but it's a little sloppier that the XM3 and 4. So it depends on if it's worth the extra money to you

Honestly i use my Mdr xb950s I've had since high school because my super expensive turtle beaches are so fragile and have broken. Currently i plug it into the Turtle Beach Elite TAC(since headset broke)which gives it surround sound and it sounds amazing, can be plugged into pc or xbox too and i can also pinpoint enemies around me pretty accurately. With or without the TAC it sounds amazing. I strongly recommend it.

XB-900 base is way more than XB-700 and XB-900 has good noise cancellation. XB700 doesn't have noise cancellation. Battery life is better on XB-700 due to a lack of ANC. I own both.

XB700 I use in the office and XB-900 I use at home.XB-900 base can be overpowering if you adjust it to max from the Sony app. I've been using it for 2 years and the base is still solid. I think you should check the reviews between Sony 910 and 900. I heard the Sony XB-900 has more base.

Great sound on these, but charging is a nightmare on my pair. Less then eight months old and they won't charge of 50%, and less than twenty minutes of listening thy are down to 20%. In addition to this, they felt loose and flimsy after barely a month's ownership, and I treat my gear carefully. Finally, the buttons feel flimsy and loose, and require holding for a while before they respond. Maybe I got a freak pair, but I would definitely not recommend these headphones.
