I have read your video about SeriousHall and I would like to insert a few of my insights into the field of intellectual discussion below regarding the tie choices presented; 1 - [BLUE] is a respectable, serious color, and creates a serious look when paired with a white, collared shirt. With a striped pattern, it establishes both a friendly yet upfront and serious personality from a glance, portraying you in a positive light for managers surveying areas. 2 - Yellow brings in a color too vibrant for the common workplace, often distracting from work that needs to be done while contrasting with corporate colors that appear throughout various offices, like white or dark blue. 3 - While the striped design of Belize ties appeals to the eyes, the logo on the front of the tie attracts far too much attention to your obvious unprofessionalism and therefore your obvious 'casual' personality that most likely thinks offices are where you drink water at the fountain all day and play solitaire while occasionally progressing through the days work. This sort of ideal is not tolerated within serious functions and you would do well, GramApple, to ignore this option with a hasty prudence. That is all I have to say.
