I'm not sure how it would work as I've never tried on wood. An educated guess would be no, as I'd worry about not being able to peel it off due to the wood being porous...

Can i use PVA glue to prevent overspill on wood? i often make Large wooden wall hanging resin art pieces and use latex. i'm thinking about PVA after this video but not sure if it will work on wood
@SeriouslyCreative3 ай бұрын
@@areebafaheem3081 it would be hard to know without doing a test first. The reason it works on resin is because it's non porous and doesn't absorb the glue, not sure if it would work the same for wood 🤔

I don't get why people downvote a video 🙄, especially when it's full of GREAT TIPS! Also when one considers that there is no actual single comprehensive guide to resin crafting, I feel it's rude to downvote a video and not advise the reason. (Assuming the downvote was about content and not something else like videography, audio, etc.)
@LatinaGem8563 жыл бұрын
Completely agree. I rarely down vote a video. And if I got something out of it (even if 3 out of the 4 I already knew) I always like the video. Everyone does things differently. Just because you don't do it the same way doesn't mean the video isn't useful or deserves a down vote.

I usually just scrub them with an old nail brush in warm soapy water! They never look perfect though and they definitely look more worn over time
@josephalbano556310 ай бұрын
have you tried hot glue?
@jennifermarie1230 Жыл бұрын
But when using painters tape you have to pull the tape off at a certain time otherwise it will adhere to the piece if the resin starts to harden. When do you know that it is not too little time or too much time beacause if you touch the piece to take off the tape too early you're not gonna ruin it because it is still wet if that makes sense.
