Well, socially accurate point of view to take for a weak government against a strong regional governor. The coalition is in for a dismal surprise though: Lu Bu + Sun Ce = Double Whirlwind Annihilation, combined with Huang Zhong and Zhou Yu's rain of arrows as well as Zhang Liao's passive. Next episode is going to be an extremely satisfying steamroll I feel.

Usually a good Rule of thumb that i ahve done in my campaigns is keeping 55k in each area cause most officers can have the least 6k troops and max 23k if they are leader with full dignity. So if you want more Officers on the fields when defending prolly want at least 50 to 60k to get about 8 Officers out there on defense. Yea its stil working for you cause Sun Ce can come and save the day but you have had a couple close calls in ones with out Sun Ce. And you are Bleeding gold letting the Ai choose everything for battles and having such a Stack of officers at one place almost minus 4k each parliment. Oh look another Useless coalition prolly. I think once you take Liu Bei is when you will get attacked more.
