This is very interesting. I was taking Zoloft, Wellbutrin, and Seroquel for four days. On my fifth day when I was driving I had several of these symptoms and called 911. They said. I had a panic attack. For some reason I really felt like my body was having a reaction not a panic attack. Something just didn’t seem right.

I was always on Wellbutrin they were switching me from Wellbutrin to Seroquel and zoloft. I think I had to much in my system. 350mg Wellbutrin, 50mg Seroquel and 50 zoloft.

You should not be taking Wellbutrin and Seroquel together, to make it easier to understand they almost cancel one another out.

it serves their narrative and bonuses and financial funding to label it a "panic attack" instead of a deadly potentially fatal serotonin syndrome caused by THEIR lethal meds! genocidal evil pos the lot of em

September 18, 2022 is my second birthday. My symptoms lasted for 20 hours, I passed out countless times, I was shaking UNCONTROLLABLE, I had diarrhea, my heart wanted to jump out, but at the same time I couldn't stand on my feet. When I was conscious I prayed to God to forgive my sins if this is the time for me to leave. After everything, they told me in the emergency room that it was a panic attack, countless infusions, because I was in two hospitals. I knew it wasn't because I was passing out all day. I was on anti-depressants and migraine medication, both of which have high doses of serotonin. I thank God for a second chance, and I am afraid of the incompetence of our doctors. 18.09. is the date of my patron saint and I know who saved my life then. Since then, I've been fighting and struggling with panic attacks, but that day was not one of them.

I had the same experience in October this year. Everyone said panic attack but this was like nothing I’ve experienced before

Same. My panic attacks is my face and arms being numb and thinking I'm gona die. But I get somthing different when my legs and arms stiffen, and my teeth start chattering. Also I start disassociating. And I know I'm gona live but I feel like I'm gona be stuck like that and that's more scary.

I really had this too and I'm researching everything. This isn't panic attacks. I have found akathisia to be closest to how I feel and it's exactly how you describe. I was on Effexor and Relpax for migraines and it really messed me up but I didn't know that's what was wrong. Then theh added on Geodon and my brain totally broke, i started having tremors and couldn't control my body. I tapered as fast as I could to get off all the meds but it's been 3 months and I'm still so sick. I am barely functioning and idk how much more I can take. Do you feel at all better??

I had NMS nearly 20 years ago. I was in the ICU a few times, before they figured out what was wrong. Now there are drug warnings on tv, but my drs had never seen it before me. Once my fever was 109°F, the dr was surprised I was alive, much less exhibited no mental deficits. One thing that really irked me was that the pharmacist at a Walgreen’s argued with me that I had serotonin syndrome, but I presented with lead-pipe, and my lab findings were consistent with NMS. My BP & heart rate were extremely high, and they stopped my heart 3 times to try to reset it. (Not the greatest feeling in the world, but not as bad as other things I’ve experienced)

Can SS come and go? Or do the symptoms ONLY occur when starting an SSRI or when starting a new medication that can intact with SSRI MEDS
@lostwordsmith-c5j
@lostwordsmith-c5j Жыл бұрын
SS can occur when you mix any serotoninergic medications together. It's not only about SSRI. It can be buspirone (tranquilizer), MAO inhibitors (other group of antidepressants), lots of narcotic analgesics, some antibacterial drugs that inhibit MAO in addition to their main antibacterial effect (linezolide, for example), medications for treating migraines (sumatriptan and other "triptans"), antiemetic medications (metoclopramide, ondasentron etc.), some cough suppressants (dextromethorphan). Also it can occur when mixing some "interesting" substances like MDMA, LSD with these medications

My son suffered from NMS as he was not on an SSRI or the other medications mentioned in this video. He was prescribed a neuroleptic medication called flutenpixol (Fluanxol) which eventually lead to his death last November at the age of 38. The doctor's refusal to change his meds and his doctor also taking 2 years off during covid and leaving him in crisis and no doctor would change his meds without my son's doctor's approval lead him to self medicate which ultimately lead to his death. Any advice?
