Red the patch note right now, seems like he is gonna be an esper that create sinergy woth the highest speed one in the team. As always the patch note lacks many details cause this esper has three different unique buffs, have to wait till the release on test servers

Also dislyte should stop with the stupid recolour “skins” because they are so effortless and eyesore tbh (im sorry but Elaine’s skin hurts my eyes its so ugly😭) imo epic and rare skins are way better than the legendary characters skins, they should either spend more efforts to design better skins or just stop creating them.
