@ I don’t own any Sworks so I don’t know about them cars but, the Serpent is great for any skill level and are very durable even for a newbie.

Ran it at El Nido Park today. Did ok, track is super rutted out & tree roots coming up in some sections. The trucks were tearing threw it. Those Tekno were really fast

the only thing I upgraded on my serpent out the box was the radio system tx/rx, servo, and servo horn because the plastic servo horn doesn t hold up to high power servo....other than that...its ammmaaaazing!

Plastic horn stripped on mine few weeks ago... held up very well from my use & abuse

With a lower kv motor it enables you to run 6s on 120 amp esc with no issues...I've been running mine 6s since day one...Ive done about 50 or so runs on it and temps are good nothing gets too hot

I buy this buggy and this thing is awesome , the quality of the rc car and all fine stuffs what the pro have too its awesome !! I think serpent build a high quality rtr for racetrack and bashing !

I plan to. Opened up diffs & topped off fluids & adjusted esc settings. Shocks are smooth but dampening feels on stiffer end. I got Cobra 811te RTR last summer and that was dailed-in right out of box. This one needs some tweaks & adjustments

@@ricksprings I got 811 rtr buggy in January. Was really surprised with durability so right now I have srx8 both e and nitro, and srx8e truggy waiting to build it 🙃

@@raso_i i wanted the 811be RTR... but canceled and got the truggy. When I went back to get buggy it was canceled. Then saw srx8e rtr was out and bought that. There's small differences with cobra & srx8 that I'm leaning with maintenance

Only an A arm. My nephew hit parked car in street. Nothing broken during track use & medium bashing. Great RTR buggy 👍🏾oh... bent front shock tower, was able to bend straight again. That is weak spot in collision/crash

120amp esc so I suspect it's only 4s capable. Box stated it's 4s-6s capable RC car.... I bought this knowing I'd only run 4s with it. Shines on track & light-medium bashing. Check out Serpent Cobra 811te RTR for 6s use
