The problem isn't even just that it's 240p - I'm pretty sure KZbin has re-encoded their older videos an insane number of times now, so, especially with their lower resolutions, older videos are now bunk. Just check out an old music video that's uploaded here as well as somewhere else like Vevo, and the quality will punch you in the pelvis.

It's crazy how time flies. I remember watching this as a kid, loving the heck out of cod 4 and here I am now at 26, finding this video again and seeing my old comment that I left 11 years ago... It's crazy seeing something you wrote with the tag "posted 11 years ago" we are all so different now but still the same in so many ways. I remember this video from all the way back when I was in high school back in 2008 when I was 15 and spending time in the computer lab while I was making custom metal slug sprites for a sprite forum, making sprite comics in between classes. Call of Duty was such a big phenomena and it captured my interest and imagination and seeing fan made content like this excited me. Now I am 34 and to this day; this old video fills me with such deep and warm nostalgia. This used to be an absolute favourite of mine, cod4 is my ultimate online experience. I know pretty much everything about it, played it for 37 days gametime online and was in the first 1000 to get mile high club achievement on veteran 😎 everyone in highschool played this, even the cool kids and the bullies would all hop online and we would all join up and play, even though we didnt click in school.
