Thank you for strengthening my existing disgusts about the ccp. I’ve heard about these all too often from my many students from China. I’m a teacher in a private institution that enrolls many foreign students and the bulk of them are from China. The horrible stories they shared with me and the rest of their classmates are more often than not shocking. “Don’t be fooled by the facade China is trying to impress upon the world”, they said. There’s definitely much more than meets the eye that the rest of the world isn’t witnessing. What’s happening in China now is Mussolini, Gestapo and KGB all rolled in one. The rich and powerful, as long as you do not put a toe out of line against the ccp will be left alone. The average, poor, minority ethnic people, Muslims, Mongolians, Tibetans etc.....are facing the wrath of the ccp in more brutal ways than anyone can imagine. The amount of information I’ve received and acquired it’s more than enough for me to write 3 paperbacks on the red sky. I’m really even more appalled after watching this evidence to back up against all that I’ve heard and information received from my students from China. You go overseas for 4 months you come back and there are squatters living in your house and refuse to move ???? you cant do anything about it because they have squatters rights, do you prefer your system ????? or the Chinese system that warns you to leave and if you dont they will tear down your roadside shop which you have illegally built or force you out of a home which is not yours. I prefer the chinese system. I have seen this happen first hand to 4 makeshift shops on the side of the road which were actually forcing people to walk on the road and putting the public at risk. They were given 4 weeks to leave and remove the structures they did not, so the council with the police came in removed the owners and bulldozed the shops with everything in them I think this is fair they were given time to correct the situation they ignored it, same as the ladies shop you refer to, I am from Australia where our laws are shit they protect the criminals and the corrupt not the weak or the innocent, the police always go after what we call the soft target because they are lazy and are there to make money for the government. Every one of them had a new iPhone and Earbuds... They demanded that tax payers pay their bills. When I went to school a poor international student who was willing to live hard for the chance of a good life came to my school. He would go to classes and then slip back in at night and sleep in the cupboards to save money... Eventually he was found out and the school helped him becsue he showed that he was willing to work hard and they thought a person willing to live like that to better themselves should get a little help.. All these people complaing now with new IPhones etc... Don't know anything about being poor or what a bad goverment is really like.. I lived in China for 9 years. The Chinese people do need to start standing up against their bosses and oppression in little, subtle ways; however they cannot do so in big ways without great risks, risks that would be much greater than people in Western countries could imagine.

The problem within Chinese people is no one wants to be on the line of taking this risk. Every now and then there will be some brave guy in a crowd willing to stand up against the oppression, and the rest of the crowd (cowards) will strongly incite the guy to go ahead and to take the risk of standing up for the entire crowd. The rest of the crowd will take none of the risk but the potential benefit of standing up. If he fails, there is no risk for the rest of the crowd.

I live in Iran and during last eight months there's been protests all over the country held against the dictator regime of Ali khamenei and after watching this video I can see a lot of the methods they use against people was adopted from their fellow dictators in china. Please don't forget us. we lost many beautiful lives and all we got From United Nations and other organizations was just empty words and no action. Thousands of people are in jail. Most of them are not allowed to have lawyers when being summoned to court ,a brutal court called "enghelab court", with Inhuman laws. underaged children are getting death sentence. What you say is absolutely correct , a few years ago I spent a week in Beijing seeing and enjoying the popular tourist sights, however I refresh my travel card on line so I never run out of money, however when I attempted to transfer money nothing happened, then I found out the Chinese government had put up a firewall and no one could get in or out, the same problem at about 10 atms, fortunately a non Chinese’s person direct me to one that might be working, so all was ok, I was surprised and felt a little threatened by the amount of security, police, armed soldiers on every corner equipped with tanks, I tried to take various photos of my travels and was told no, no not allowed, it was basically a very unfriendly place and no Chinese would look you in the face they would turn there head and scurry away like a frightened rabbit, would I go back again, definitely no.

I was appalled when the professor spoke about the "Liberation of Tibet from a feudalist system." I'm almost eighty. I am so glad to hear your voice. The university heard from me about Tibet. About the police: I agree with you, but I was terrorized by the Ojai Police in California for twenty-seven years because I asked a neighbor who was honking her horn early in the morning to stop. She was the mother of a deputy sheriff in Ventura County. You cannot imagine the intimidation and harassment I endured until a new Sheriff of Ventura County was elected. My phone was tapped, I was followed, run off the road in my car and on foot, had my tires spiked, had my car attacked at work, received threatening phone calls. We could not get relief or even a restraining order. Not until a new sheriff, an uncorrupted sheriff with a no nonsense approach toward the implementation of the law by his officers did anything change. If you've seen the movie "Deliverance" you may have some idea about this vicious small town: Ojai.
