Ingredients and preparation:
half a cube of yeast (30 g or a teaspoon of dry yeast)
200 ml. milk (can also water)
2 bags of vanilla sugar can also aroma
50 gr. sugar
2 eggs
50 ml. oils
Mix everything and mix with 500-600 g. soft, white flour, when you add flour do not forget to put half a teaspoon of salt.
Cover the well-kneaded dough and leave it to rise in the heat. After half an hour or an hour, stir, stretch with a rolling pin and remove the rings with a larger glass or mold.
Make a small indentation on one part of the reels by pressing with your fingers. Put the filling you want there, coat the edges of the dough with water and fold the other part of the dough. Press your fingers around the donut to join the pieces and then again remove the donut hoop with a mold to get a nice shape. You can watch the video.
