I trapped Jafar after the level 7 quest by placing fences right in front of the entrance to his palace. Before that he kept coming too close to my main house for comfort. He's still there, under house-arrest.

For the first method, you can reposition villagers by placing objects where they're standing to nudge them around. And if you want to position them more precisely than the grid allows, you can reset their ability to move by hanging out with them and casting your rod into water, then refreeze them in a different spot. The second method can't be used on floating islands because there's no water 😢

O.M.G. 😲 I can't even begin to describe how much time I have wasted trying to get characters in the general area of where I want them in snaps and how many poor dreamvalley residents I have yelled at for not cooperating. 😭 This is going to make things sooooooooo much better for my snaps. omg the touch of magic option is genius as you never have to work trapping items into your build, but it's a shame the characters don't stay there as if it's still there - you almost want that to be a glitch LOL

Really all we need is Gameloft to have an option to tell the character to stay in place..how can we convince them to do this for us?

I've been using Jafar for this. you can tell if the glitch out try to move them and if you go through them they are glitch. Good luck everyone with their dreamsnap 😊😊

Bought a bunch of cologne bottles for pictures and my character just walks out of them. Must have done it wrong and will try again. Thanks for the advice and helpful tips. Watched the video of this week’s challenge again and can get a good picture but you and so many others are just too good for me ever to get to top submission. And it would be great to have you make a video on what to do when your voting two totally awesome pictures. Most the time it’s really easy to make the decision which one is better and took the most time and effort to set up the shot but sometimes they are both so good there is really no easy choice.

Can you tell me if I can still Find ancient core 1 with Hourglass level2? I’m afraid I upgraded to soon and can’t finish my Merlin quest

You can find level 1 & 2 items when the Hourglass is at level 2. When you upgrade your Hourglass all the way, it has the potential to find any item. And the Ancient Core 1 can be found anywhere by the way. So if you have trouble finding it right now, I’m afraid all you can do is to just keep looking.
