Couldn't agree more, I hate the fact that there are people that gullible in the world to believe his trash.

16:50 sersi turning a card into beast to put the cards back in ur hand, nocturne locking you in, and then you getting super skrull in a game against ongoing cards....this is crazy coincidence

The amount of facial expressions jeff was doing from one game of snap was incredible. Sersi, beast the local, sersi again amd get super skrull and beast again, then location changing to Mt Visuvius in the span of 60 seconds

Defintly a favorite deck of mine to play this season! Love the disruption aspect and randomness aspect from Sersei. Its a nice deck to play overall

OK, I tried out the deck and my first impression is that it got so much better with the addition of phastos over Nico. I went from winning about half the time with it to winning almost 70% of the time by my estimate. But I think part of the reason is that kamar taj is the hot location and the deck is heavy on on reveal cards. (And phastos on kamar taj is a really awesome combo) I also noticed that absorbing man has a lot to work with in this deck and is a real key card. The most awkward card in the deck is magik. Intellectually I know it’s better for me to fit her in so that I can close out the opponent and do something to win. But I’m often too tempted to do something else that’s more on curve. Thanks for the deck.

I seriously wondered why I was seeing this deck last night several games in a row and now I know, thanks Jeff!

47:01 the real irony is even with shadow king on the left he still loses even if you hadn't played anything there!

Jeff has definitely curated the best online community talking Snap. But there is a certain irony that I find the most "toxic" element left in the community is it's tendency to over talk about it's quality. The ratio of members patting themselves on the back and decrying the bad actors is just tiring. Recognizing just my one voice, and that Snap in of itself is not a deep enough topic to fill all the chat time, but eager for the chat to move on from topic of how good they are and how awful some others are. And I think it's chat driven more than Jeff initiated. I'll take my timeout now

I think if you're only watching highlights here, it can be easy to have a skewed view of how often something actually happens during live streams, which are often 40+ hours a week most weeks.

@@JeffHoogland fair enough. But I am also a Twitch Prime subscriber and take in some streams and see the discord chat. My experience is Hooglandians love it when you ban, time out, whatever. It's justified by you and definitely a net positive; but Hooglandians don't need much of a nudge to self congratulate. I'll shut up now. Thanks for what you do

is phastos worth spending 6k tokens? i already have spider ham and corvious & the variants are kinda lame so i would rather not spend any keys.

What can I play instead of phastos?

I'd previously been playing Nico in that slot, but I wasn't very happy with her. Polaris or Red Gard could be reasonable slot ins.
@Bishcona

@@JeffHoogland I am also definitely a massive Nico enjoyer myself so I'll be trying her at first. If she doesn't quite fit I'll try Polaris like you said or maybe Sage too? Might even dabble with some killmonger if I can kill a rock on t7 to activate widow's kiss maybe that's good and any of my rocks are probably becoming 2 costs from sersi

I LOVE this deck but it would seem I’m like the majority of people based on Untapped metrics who can’t win with it. I wish I was better at playing it.
