Serta Air Mattress With Never Flat Pump - A Piece Of Crap!

This video shows you that the Serta Air Mattresses need a lot of improvement..
After I replaced this Serta the replacement broke after a few days too. After all that Amazon did not exchange the Serta for a new one. Amazon only gave me the option to refund the money. After receiving the refund I bought a Coleman Air Mattress. This Coleman was much cheaper and is as of today, December 19, 2017, still fully functional.

Agreed. Big hunk of crap. The comfort adjust pump light is constantly on and has a low buzz humming sound even after it inflates and shuts off. The last few nights I’ve woken up on the floor swallowed up in the damn thing. I sealed off the vent with many layers of tape as I believed that’s where the air was escaping, but to no avail. I am just one of many negative reviews. Avoid this thing.

Ive had two go bad on me. Each one used less then 10 times. I have another one now in the box and im debating whether to return or not.

We had ours at least 7 years and we are only having issues with the built in pump now. We've more than gotten our monies Worth out of it.

Yeah I’m sleeping on my friends neverflat air mattress and I got several nights out of it. Now it has consistently deflated leaving me on the floor and swallowed up in the damn thing every night for the past several nights. I sealed off the air vent because I believe the air was escaping through that primarily. Didn’t do a thing. It’s garbage. Absolute and utter garbage

Sometimes I believe that as a people we complain and gripe too much. Welcome to life, my people. Nothing is perfect. Things can go wrong. I watched this video while mine was on its way. Guess what? When it came it was NOT WORKING. Leaking air. I was rather disappointed, naturally. I contacted the supplier and was offered a full refund OR a discount. I took the discount. Did some research, found the leak. Stopped the leak. I have not slept on my regular bed for weeks, not because I hate my bed (love it), but because sleeping on this "piece of crap" is GREAT. Love it!!!!

Yes, mine was amazing but after moving, for whatever reason it had a hole in it. Now questioning if it’s worth buying a new one!

Serta beds are over sized paper weights. Goes bad after 3-4 weeks

Less than 1 year. Pressure switch that activates the auto pump is intermittent. Needs to be a way of taking apart. Haven't looked at it closely enough to see if possible. If anyone know let me know. Also, mattress does NOT hold it's shape. Taking of the shape of a soap bar of dial.

My Serta 16 inch deluxe just went a little over 60 days. It's leaking now! Watch Serta drop that 2 year warranty

Hello Rick. I am surprised that Serta is still offering a 2 year warranty. Serta was once a good brand, but today they are just making cheap, mediocre air mattresses. I went through 3 different Serta mattresses and they all leaked air. After the third mattress Amazon did not replace the mattress. They just refunded my money. Good enough. Have a great weekend. 😀👍

1ST SERTA LASTED ALMOST 1YEAR. 2ND LASTED A FEW MONTHS. 3RD LASTED LESS THAN 1 MONTH. THEN I SWITCHED TO INTEX. 3 IN 6 MONTHS. I LIKE SLEEPING ON THESE MATTRESES . I THINK I HAVE TO GO BACK TO A REGULAR MATTRESS

Zis, Michael, is a piece of crap audio. You have over modulation from the mic, which means your peak sound throughout the video is over distorted and is really annoying. Before you claim crap to other products, get your own house in order and learn to record properly.. at the very least, learn how to compress sound ...
