Nice tutorial, the Semitone Trick was something i never thought of / saw before

yeah it makes a huge difference to the tone and imo often sounds better than just using the root note. If you want to try it with the built in FM from B (phase modulation) then try tweaking the modulator semitones rather than the carrier :)

after having trash sampling techniques, this opened my 7th chakra over my head with that amazing clear morphing squelch technique of yours. deeply appreciated.

so grateful for these videos man! very skilled and its a big help and gets me trough those creative blocks learning a new technique to explore! thank you bro. I would really love to see a in depth video by you on how you get each sound to sit in its spot in the mix without clashing with other sounds, youre great at it. Im just getting back into writing forest after some years with no laptop and ive even forgotten what levels the kick and bass should be at, as they are the elements that everything else is built around. from memory the kick should be around -12ish? and bass -10/-11ish? many thanks legend

Cheers for another great tutorial! Would love to see your take on Zebralette 3. Been playing a lot recently and it’s pretty amazing!

i’m yet to give it a try actually. very excited to use it. Pretty sure it won’t run on my desktop though 💀

Defo give it a go and see if it does work, I do have a fairly powerful PC which does struggle when I put it up to 2k resolution inside a tune that has lots going on, but playing about with it in a new project would hopefully be fine... I have resolution at 800 with no issues, but it can go down to 200. Defo worth a play. When the full version of Zebra3 comes out, it's gonna be amazing lol, very excited haha @@MuteProduction

@@Jam_Bon My machine doesn’t support anything past osx10.12 which is old enough for most new software to not work at all. so we shall see what happens!
