Tldr if you can get 3 enemies before w3 any 50% 6cd servant can bg loop and 5 enemies for 30% loopers. This is for buster. Arts and quick will always depend on refund. Edit: For example of how stupid this allows certain servants to be. xNaya posted a video of a lv 90 kuku NP2 dealing 6.7 million on a LB7 zerker node. so even if we take away the earth dmg mod she does around 750K per enemy on neutral...

Yes, she might be the best support servant since Oberon... insane, and they put her behind a split rate-up banner. You know better than anyone what that means Myst, there is no pity in this game for SRs... this is so dirty. Definitely EX tier, the stuff I've seen people do with her already, crazy that the most nuts servant yet would be Kuro. Castoria is crazy too but she doesn't enable every 50% charger in the game to black grail loop as long as they are on no more than a 6 turn CD. And she works even with some 30% chargers like Mordred and Artoria. Thanks to Kuro Modred is now back to being the number 1 hardest hitting AoE saber in the game.

Servants with 0 charge could loop before, but you needed to use Habetrot with the Jeanne ce that gives 20% charge on death, so it resulted in a lot less damage, also I think many players don't have it.

Instantly became one of, if not the best 4* Support in the game, and as an Avenger too. Chloe just can't help being meta no matter when she gets released lol. She's not exactly a slouch when on the offensive either, a really rounded out Servant with a completely unique kit. She also got a costume that is basically the second asc but without the Heart Eater overcoat-veil.

With her Bond CE, you can BG loop with 50% chargers on 6t CD at ANY NODE CONFIGURATION, wether the first wave has 3, 2 or just a single enemy. This is fucking INSANE for units like Kukulkan, Morgan and Tonelico. Chloe is likely THE strongest support unit released in the 4* rarity thus far.

She might just be the most impressive servant we've seen so far since Anniversary tbh. The support stuff is really legit and her buffs are all universal (atk + NP dmg + battery), so she's equally good in every team, and she technically does that for free by removing herself, like a more flexible and lower cost Crane that can charge battery for farming purposes. Not to mention, she's actually a pretty impressive ST dps if you chose to use her as one, since her ramp up quick and stacks can make her reach some crazy number, though I guess most people would still use her as support since she's Quick. A very awesome and unique servant, and I really like this kind of design philosophy they're doing

I see no one really talking about this but there is an interesting reaction with Kuro 2nd skill. With only 3 party members If you use it with only 3 party members (or 2) she ignores DAMAGE for the entire turn both from nps and attacks even the np effect will not happen since the game classifies her as not being on the field since she gotta swap, but since there no one to swap she becomes intangible to damage. Baciscally she has a hard defence that cannot be purged either by invul pierce or buff removal meaning she has a better invul than castoria for herself. Kuro she a cool servant man.

and for those who wonder how the enemy's aoe np is gonna interact with the team: chloe will still gonna be present, have the 'taking damage' sprite and remain in the front line after np but no damage number and effects appeared on her and her sprite after np will just simply disappear, leaving her slot blank before she comes back to the frontline like a normal plug action

yup, double Kuro on 3 enemy waves means you got two 60% batteries for your dps, also you can plug her out for Koyan and Oberon and plug her back in with plugsuit for a round of 120% charge on turn 3, very neat for servants like Melu and Arc who already can run BG but would just get big damage up from this

She's insanely good. She makes every servant who could loop before significantly better and makes lots of servants who couldn't loop before able to loop now. Let's just use her sister (summer Illya) as an example. Quite low numbers in the looping sheet. I just did a double summer skadi, Oberon, lv 100 black grail simulation with her. 294k on final wave. More than tripling her numbers in the sheet even though there were better setups, but still. Others I've tested had similarly impressive results.

Probably not, but realistically 6CE only matters in lotteries, and in lotteries I wouldn't want to use a setup with so many clicks anyway. For 99% of farming it isn't an issue.

Team cost is way too high for even 5CE (assuming 1 CE is BG), let alone 6 CE. But u can swap 1 CE for heroic portrait to reduce the cost to 113 for some bond farming

Legit I never 6 CE farmed on 90++ levels. At most 4-5. Honestly like someone else said, at that node you don't really care about full CE'ing your team because of how much mats it barfs out on you. Like full 6 CE teams on 90++ at that point are to just brag but not practical to the rest of the players.

Fun fact, because of her targetable Guts you can actually use Arash for all three waves as long as he has a 50 charge CE and max append (obviously needs to be double Chloe). Meanwhile certain FGOtubers (ya'll know who lol) are downplaying her because its RNG dependent of how many enemies are in wave 1. Look here......are you saying you literally aren't farming in any events until the 90++ node shows up????? Well guess kind of nodes are open until then......ALL 3/3/3, seriously XD. Even then, lets not act like we've never gotten a 90++ node that didn't have a 3 start wave. In those cases, yeah use her, in other cases *shrugs* who cares, life goes on.

Even then, her bond CE will chip in for those 2 enemy opening waves. Obviously have to make a call about Bond CE vs drop CE, but it's still there as an option. It's nice that there are options! Maybe she doesn't crack the 6 CE 90+ comps. But so much of the game isn't just that and she provides a great way to try different things and still have great effectiveness.
