Servant Leadership Principles: VIRTUOUS | Modern Servant Leader

A great example of leadership practicing the principle of VIRTUOUS was Keith Gill, aka "Roaring Kitty". A hobbyist investor and KZbinr, in 2019, Gill shared his philosophy that Gamestop stock was undervalued. In spite of many major fund managers shorting the stock and betting it would go out of business, Gill believed it had great value. His beliefs went viral.
What began as a financial plan turned into a good vs. evil fight. A David vs. Goliath story that pitted small and beginner investors, with little or no money, against the most wealthy and powerful financial advisors.
Through their commitment to something larger than individual profit, thousands of people "held" their stock well passed opportunities for major profit. They chose instead, to remain invested for the long haul.
