In grief I prayed to the Holy Spirit to merely catch a glimpse of my cat Oreo one time. I keep seeing him in my dreams. Thats God going above and beyond. When I have my ptsd triggering nightmares Oreo walks in and comforts me and I praise God for helping me deal with my grief. I know my cat is in good hands.

We shouldn't put our experience as doctrine. I lost my best friend who was my bunny. I know how it feels but we have no evidence that our same pets will be in heaven. It was so hard for me to watch my bunny slowly die as we couldn't figure out what's wrong and she slowly lost function to clean ect but on her last day we found out she had lung cancer. I heard her slowly died until we could finally get her put down to stop her suffering. I say this not because I want sympathy but to show that I also had tragedy but I turned to who God is and his word instead of experience. I also dream of my bunny but because I love her. Just because you had a dream doesn't mean God gave you that dream. I agree that God could but our brains are made to dream. I don't say this to be rude to you because I do not want to. I say this because I care about truth and God's word. ✝️ I hope you all just think about what I said and think with an open Bible not and open mind. ☺️

I also would like to add that we are not to pray to people who are dead or talk to people at their graves. It's popular to see this on tv but it's not biblical. I also recommend Doreen Virtue's video on talking to dead loved ones (after watching this video of course ☺️).

What or who are these spirits? And where are the people who passed away? Do their "spirits" "live" somehow? I'm wondering if the apostolus or someone who is already safed can become an angel (or good spirit), like the ones who communicate with Joseph about Marie pregnancy, among other examples. How do you see these manifestations and communications in the past (citated in the bible) with what people in now days are attributing to a positive communication with spirits?

From a biblical perspective, spirits can refer to various entities. Angels (messengers; not winged creatures)) are one type, created by God to serve Him and aid humanity (Hebrews 1:14). Demons, on the other hand, are fallen angels who rebelled against God (Revelation 12:9). Regarding those who have passed away, the Bible teaches that their spirits are conscious and exist in one of two states. Believers are said to be with the Lord immediately after death (Philippians 1:23; 2 Corinthians 5:8), while those who have not trusted in Christ await judgment (Luke 16:22-23). The idea of humans becoming angels is not supported by Scripture. Angels and humans are distinct creations. After death, believers do not become angels but are in the presence of God. Modern claims of positive spirit communication should be approached with caution. The Bible warns against seeking contact with spirits or the dead (Leviticus 19:31; Deuteronomy 18:10-12). Genuine divine communication through angels in biblical times was clear, direct, and often accompanied by specific instructions or revelations from God. Today, any spiritual experiences should be tested against Scripture (1 John 4:1) to discern their origin and ensure they align with God's Word. Hope this helps! Great question!

You don't mess with a ouji board!!!! I and my former cousin in law when we were 6/7 yrs old found one in its own box mixed in with other board games in the game parlor at my cousin's house. We opened it and then pushed the amulet around a couple times and nothing happened & thought it was a weird stupid game. But ..... Days later odd things started happening around the both of us. Me: The old pulldown vynil window blinds would go up on their own in any room I would sleep in. Dad slept with me one night because ge thought I was doing it and it still happened. He tried to reason it away as being a bad spring yet it was brand new. Then 1 night I was in the guest bedroon when I heard scratching like a dog's Claws running on pkastic vinyl flooring. I came screaming out of that room and my step-sister and stepbrother could not get me to go back into that room my dad had to come home from a party and lay in bed with me until I went to sleep. Years later when reading about The exorcist and it stated in the synopsis that the priests heard a loud scratching underneath the bed my blood ran cold I was 13 at the time when I read that. Don't mess with them!!!!!! Burn them and ask for forgiveness to God for messing with them.
