Stayed here beginning of October 2024 and was extremely impressed! We were also in D Block on the top floor where those room have bigger balconies so opened up the space. Will definitely be returning

Hotel was spot on and the food looked decent as we’ve had bad experiences with food especially breakfast in some European hotels . We’ve not been to this part of the islands but maybe one day . Nice to see another video up so soon , have a nice break as Tuesday will come soon enough for us both and back to normal , cheers

Enjoyed this review. Nice to see how it is now since Servatur took over sometime around 2014/15. We stayed here in 2009 when it was still Riu owned. Looks a much better hotel now, more for kids to do and better entertainmemt hall. Thanks for doing the video.

Hi would this suit my 8 and 12 year old, we are planning to come over at the end of March time! Do they supply towels? is it easy walking distance to town etc.. And is the entertainment good for kids? Thanks mate👍

Thank you for your message. The hotel we would definately recommend for younger children, as there is a kiddie club. 8 and 12 year olds apart from the pool didn't see any entertainment as such for thier ages. Playa de ingles, in our opinion is more of an adult resort. There is a towel kiosk where you get your towels. Beach and shops was approximately 15 mins walk from hotel. There was pool tables and an arcade in hotel. Our trip was out of school term so this might be different in school holidays as will be more children around, so may have more entertainment/activities going on. We do hope this has helped you. Hi there is Aqualand in Maspalomas which we were told it was a fifteen minuite bus ride. We didn't actually go ourselves so can't comment on this. Sorry we have no idea in regards too family rooms. x

Hi Steve, I've read on trip adviser some contradictory information about lilos and floatation devices. Can you recall seeing them in the pool on your trip. Been wondering if i should pack them for my trip out in june. Thanks

Yes I do remember seeing a child in the pool with a floatation ring and a blow up ball. Can't remember seeing any lilos. Hope this helps. Thank you for messaging us.

We have booked for August with young children, is this a family hotel, ok for children? Heard about lots of hotels in this area are catered for certain adults only?

They do lots of activities for children and it's a very friendly children hotel. There was a good number of children when we were there. Have a wonderful time. The hotels you are thinking probably would be adults only hotels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

what entertainment/activities did the hotel have as the afternoon package. I heard there were some tournaments/bingo etc

We did see bingo going on, and water aerobics. Can't really help other than that. Sorry There was childrens entertainment going on in the afternoon. Thank you for your message.

No, there was no limit.

I'm going with my first time been away loads but not by myself and boyfriend wt time shall I put towels out do they moved if down too early as hotels do

We didn't put out towels down until we were going down but we always found a sunbed. I would say don't put towel out before 9. Pool chairs do get taken first. Have a good trip. Thank you for your mesage.

Don't remember exact what time bar closed, but do remember we were getting drinks after 11pm. Hope this helps.

If I remember correctly about 8/10 mins too beach and restaurants. Yumbo centre has lots of restaurants, again about 8 mins walk. There are a few restaurants dotted around closer.

The food was delicious lots of buffet choices too choose from also cooking stations serving meat and fish. An exceptional salad bar too. The drinks were excellent for all inclusive. Thank you for your message.
