pullstraps shouldn't be used for counterbalance?

Ik that ridged handles shouldn’t be (I just sold my yup harness bc I didn’t know that before). But I’m pretty sure simi ridged and pull straps are okay for CB. At least that’s what others have told me and vets have cleared to be okay
