Jai hind sir. Nk sunil kumar here. Sir my query is regarding the complicated process for SCO commission. Sir i have given three attempts of ACC, now i want to appear for SCO, but for last two year i am unable to get call for ssb because my application never reached to Delhi, sometimes it get delayed and sometimes record office gives some observations, by the time we rectify observations and send it again till then last age is over. This time i applied for SCO 54, i sent my application to Corps for COS but my application was sent back by COS with observation, unit should conduct a written test and we want result of written test only then we will process the application, now unit is asking us where is the format to conduct written test, which we don't have and even it never happened that a written was conducted at unit level and it was sent to COS for recommendation.It's again something new. By the time we get any clarification, last date will be over. Please tell where should i report this thing
