Can you make a change to this cabin filter so it's bigger and actually seals that would be great

I also wonder why it doesn't fit at all. Especially at the sides it's not fully covered as there is simply not enough plies in the filter. You notice it when replacing the filter. The air seeks the easiest route and that's where the Ryco cabin filter isn't covering the full airpassage. It's mostly dirty near those areas.

I have a 2015 , 200 series Landcruiser with 200200 km.Full service history with Toyota, two questions, would Toyota change all these filters at there respective service intervals and my second question is my vehicle is well maintained, am I good to go for many kilometers or should I look at changing my vehicle to a new cruiser. I have the diesel engine

They have a set of guidelines for each service interval, this includes what parts to replace, what to inspect and adjust. Hope this helps
