What will happen if we don't give the then(function(){...}) after c.server.update? does server side script gets called again that's why we are chaining .then here?
@Kannavolgs379 ай бұрын
if incident get resolved then we write a resolution notes and comments right. if you close directly using portal how resolution notes will update?

@satvikrastogi4924 ай бұрын
var table='incident'; var url="?id=form&table="+table+"&sys_id="+id; OR You can pass table name from server side and receive in client side like Rohit passed sys_id.

Once the incident has been resolved. The close incident button click is not doing anything. How can we hide the 'close incident' button if the state is already resolved? Any suggestions?
@satvikrastogi4924 ай бұрын
You can simply do by using (ng-if="key.state!='Resolved'") in close button html tag
