i have the same problem , please tell me why ? knowing i changed the oil seal width is less than the original , could this be the problem ?

If you install it correctly, it won't cause any problems. However, most seals are not installed in the correct, causing problems

Boskuhh. Kami habis ganti bearing tapi saat di hidupin idel dia oke aja tapi kalo loading anginya langsung terasa berat sampe jamed v beltnya. Kira kira apa nya yah mas

Kesalahan pemasangan Bearing nya, jarak bebas pada screw gak sesuai, Pada kasus Rebearing ada nilai jarak bebas antara rotor male female dan jarak face housing discharge.. kalo nilai gak sesuai pada rpm tertentu akan bergesekan makanya berat dan kasar, belum lagi ditambah Rotor nya kurang balance akibat terkikis

Aku punya kompressor 50 hp,habis ganti bearing screw,setelah coba jalan awalnya normal,suara juga halus... Tapi setelah tekanan di 6,5 bar... Tiba tiba muncul suara agak kasar dan kemudian macet sampai v belt selip... Kira kira apanya ya om?terimakasih....

Ada beberapa hal Kritikal ketika pergantian bearing, yaitu GAP Jarak bebas antara Rotor male & female juga jarak antara rotor dengan Housing (rumah rotor), ini perlu ketelitian yg sangat Presisi, dan setiap ukuran tipe screw pastinya berbeda-beda jarak bebas nya (GAP CLEARANCE),. yang terjadi pada Bapak itu karena jarak bebas tidak tercapai, sehingga pada Pressure tertentu antara rotor akan saling bergesekan bahkan macet.. Solusinya: bongkar bearing ulang, Ukur awal housing, ukur rotor dan tentukan jaraknya. Pemasangan bearing harus sesuai standard dan petunjuk pemasangan, jangan lupa selalu bersihkan area agar kotoran tidak masuk ke Bearing baru. Untuk Konsultasi silahkan hub 0811-260046 (untuk sifatnya kritikal harus cek visit lapangan)

Pada Screw gak ada Packing Screw kecuali penutup bearing belakang dan output oil bawah, lainnya gak
