Thank you very much for this video, you helped me a lot. I have a Ricoh SP8400dn and the process of changing both the fuser film and pressure roller is the same from 2:11 onwards, the covers are not the same but once you remove all the plastic covers you are left with basically the same thing (the heating lamp has different connectors but it's not something to worry about). I followed the steps you showed and now i have a perfectly working fusing unit. Again, thank you.

Hello @Willie Wong. What you wrote indicates the wear of the heating belt. The malfunction symptoms are identical in both copier models. But first, check two things: 1. is the paper dry? If your A4 paper is damp, the sheet of paper begins to fold after the copy comes out. 2. Does the temperature in the copier office drop below 16 degrees at night? If so, there could be general problems. If the answer to both questions is "no", your heating belt is used up. Always replace the heating belt with the lower roller.

buenas noches Tomas, muchas gracias por el video, tenia que cambiar la lamina, segui todos tus pasos, al instalar nuevamente el fusor, hago una prueba de impresion y la impresora hace un atasco en la compuerta C, veo y la hoja esta justo antes de entrar al fusor, no llega a entrar, y la verdad que no me he dado cuenta todavia cual es el problema, desde ya muchas gracias

La dosis correcta de aceite se suministra siempre con la lámina calefactora. No sé qué aceite es, porque siempre está incluido en el kit de reparación.
