*I NEEDED TO SAY IT IS SO NICE TO SEE ANOTHER PERSON WHO GREATLY APPRECIATES HIS TOOLS THAT HE PAID TONS OF MONEY FOR & HAD TO SACRIFICE TO BUY THEM, AS WELL AS TAKING PRIDE IN HIS PROFESSION & THEIR TOOLBOX....YOURS JUST SO HAPPENS TO BE A GIANT ONE w/ENGINE(MINE IS HUGE BUT LACKS MOBILITY, LOL).* Awesome vid & set up, those wire strippers you mentioned are the greatest thing ever, I used them for splicing into wires & soldering the connection.....lastly, give your german sheppard a treat for being so good during the filming, he/she is beautiful!!!!

Really nice. And realistic. Not like others that only buy every thing snap on offers and stuff it in a Truck in no logical order. Not that i have something against qualitiy tools, but it doesnt always have to be the most expensive. Your truck seems really thought thru and set up for your needs. I like it.

@@neb330 OMG!! I've worked off pickups, flatbeds, utility boxes.. all 3/4 and 1 tons. After 30 years of wanting, I now have a real truck!! A old stuff, but 12' utility box, welder, crane.. screw compressor.. not all done yet (been 4 years in the making) it's just about full!!! But at least it is legal weight!!! My last one ton pickup weighed in at 14 to 15K!!! I don't know what the new one weighs, but it's good to 32K...

Wow I need to go organize my truck now...very clean...man iv seen some bad ones lately around here..one guy had everything in a couple cabinets just thrown in there and had at least 3 whole cabinets empty...wtf....also your never to busy to wipe off your tools or the doors on the truck...you would be surprised as to how many service trucks I see going down the road with greasy finger prints on the sides...well done...how many hours a day do you usually work?
@GosselinFarmsEdGosselin4 жыл бұрын
Grease on the door, you don't want to know what the inside of the cab looks like... I'm guilty of dirty compartment doors, but with a piece of farm equipment broken down in the middle of the road, they get cleaned up later...
@neb3304 жыл бұрын
I am guilty of it from time to time but I also make sure I make time to clean stuff up as well, in my opinion there's no reason a guy can't find a bit of free time to make sure everything's in good working order. Because of covid we backed off to 40 hrs a week . It used to be 50 minimum, it varys with the seasons.
@farwest5714 жыл бұрын
@@neb330 absolutely true....and same here 40 hours only....its not to bad to be honest...we haven't done 40 hours steady for a few years...let's enjoy it while we can...also be nice to your neighbors I just had a little incident with mine over the service truck in the driveway...unfortunately for me theres a weight limit in my city....3 tons wtf....I solved my problem by installing a backup alarm shut off switch....but I realized they could have complicated my life unnecessarily with one phone call to the city...good luck out there
@farwest5714 жыл бұрын
@@GosselinFarmsEdGosselin well said... I guess I should not have been so judgmental....as if I have never let my truck get dirty please....those without sin throw the first stone...I should have clarified...you can tell who keeps there truck and tools in good condition...even if it's a little dirty...I found the best way to see if someone is a decent mechanic is ask to see the custom tools theve made in the feild...people have come up with some crazy s#@$ to get themselfs out of a bind...I'd imagine you've dealt with this situation before with machinery down in the middle of the road....good luck out there

@@farwest571 I actually don't mind us slowing down a tad gives me time to do stuff at home. As for the neighbors I thankfully have not had the pleasure of having a HOA or any sort of issues of the like , I basically do whatever I want on my property to a certain considerable degree

Wow very nice. I just got me truck with top opens great being im making me fishing camping truck set up for someone in wheel chair part time. I can walk but not long or stand long standing even worst for me. When im walking the pains not as bad as just being still. Which the top of box being it opens nice for rods 8ft long but I have to tip toe to see insde so wont be in there alot lol. But I can set fix up rods get ready to fish. Me when fishing I hsve to unload gwt all by water takes a lot out me I have to set up my seat its like couch light weight frame 2 cusions back and seat the sides lay down so you can sleep on it. Thats why I got i cant seet long walk long yea sucks but I can lay on my side take pressure off my tail bone and knees. That way I can set up cat rods lay down till fish bites. But unloading all makes me sick to my stomch im having prob I get sick throw up when I move alot dont no if its my heart they found something that moves in back my head by my brain I guess but looking up or side to side alot I get dizzy sick to belly and throw up. So have to walk slow never get anxious when i do I get nauseous and throw up so yea sucks but I like to fish I have group I buy tackle and go give it to kids fishing sometimes even give to the dads low income families and handi cap people lile me. My daughter helped 13 of 15 years but shes grown has baby now so just me. So ill make this truck only thing ill have to set up is the couch table and take rods few tools bucket. The cooler water jug gear stays in the truck. If I need bait go to truck that way I fish more get sick less. Bad thing supost to take someone with me all time. Hope I meet people out there its just me. Lol but I have question. I Bo you use tools but heat will affect alot things. How hot it get inside. The middle box ill use with hooks tools the harware for fishing thermal tackle. The baits be in prob front box by bumper I wany to put tool box like yours in mine also for my tools and fishing tools. Then one side be for tools camping gear. The driverside be all tackle baits be in front box guess being alot in plastic boxes ill stack them up. But curuous heat do I need figire way to add blower keep air flowing wish I could make it cool with machine like keep frig cool wish I could do that on one side but yea cant but if I added vents and small fan or few 12 volt fans let them run while out keep air flow going ide hate for my plastic to melt on me. Im glad the top had the opening atlest wont be sun on top backing whats inside. Or do these boxes keep the hot hot heat out. Do you no please if you do. Thanks for video love these on tool box trucks. God bless.
@neb3302 жыл бұрын
I'll say the tops of my boxes are bed liner black so they do not do a good job at keeping the heat out they don't get super hot but in the mid summer sun you do not wanna touch the inside top of the body it can get mighty hot
@heathschwab2 жыл бұрын
@@neb330 ok thank you. So Prob for my plastics keep them close to the truck box and that way its far from the top yea kinda glad I have the top box to be honest maybe o wont keep many rods keep camping poles and gear stuff dont melt or have to touch alot. Lol. I mean fisherman use pvc pipes to carry rods some guys are out months at time. Maybe insted putting in the metal box I could do the PVC pipe get bigger pipe add just rods without reels. If I need extra rod and reel can rig up when I need dont tale long. Im just worried about my bass baits plastics I no I have in bags leave in bed or in back seat long weekends out fishing camping. Make shur always park in shade area lol. They make this new canapy foe trucks or vans they rig to ladder rack or rack on van. When you open it swings all the way around to the other side its so cool even has the sides you put in place to make tent on truck but im not that blessed its Prob 2k or little less if not more. But being mine has no ladder rack yet o want to make something to set up tarps as shade if I find help to set up ill do 3 sides if not just 1 side. Or buy few more pop up canopies have to be one little easier out there. Lol set them up tie to the truck that way it stays cooler. Somwtimes wish I wasnt so sick or had had more than 1 kid maybe 2 girls 2 boys. But I was sigle parent from 7 months old shes now 21 just moved out again that's 4 or 6 times lol so been raising atlest 20 of her 21 years alone. Lol. Should had few more one might like fishing alot more. Lol hey thanks sir. Ill figure something out. God bless.
