Because I made a comment on the Phase 2 (on phone) segment, I thought I would make one here The Flimflammer is a secondary Regional Manager for ToonTown Central (TTC) with 1900 HP and the following attacks -Pickpocket: damage: 45, accuracy: 75%, frequency: 30% -Razzle Dazzle: damage: 65, accuracy: 55%, frequency: 30% -Hot Air: damage 35, accuracy: 85%, frequency: 30% -Tremor: damage: 40, accuracy: 75%, frequency: 10% -Quake*: damage: 50, accuracy: 100%/60%, frequency: Whenever Sale Fail is triggered (see "Hostility on Hold" for more details)/ 4% chance from Counterfeit *: indicates a cheat move Because he is alone in the fight, he performs an extra attack every round -this increases to two extra attacks in Phase 2 (and he can still perform Counterfeit!) Also, to keep with his theme of "deception", occasionally (35% chance in Phase 1, 45% in Phase 2), at the start of his turn, the Flimflammer will use the "Counterfeit" cheat, causing him to immediately perform an attack that only deals 75% of the damage (rounded up) it normally would If it were normal - he will also perform this cheat once entering Phase 2 - although rare (4% chance compared to the 24% chance of every other one), his counterfeit could be Quake with an accuracy of 60% instead of 100% - When performing the cheat, white streamer particles surround him How do you like this idea?
