Not OP but I can tell you I did the official ServiceNow Developer course for Tokyo and this content was just about 100% current. As of today (24 Apr 2023) the exam will be on Utah, so be aware of that.

Not sure how to do it through the GUI as attachments in SN live in a table that isn't easily accessible through the GUI. However you can get there through the API. 👍🏻

Hi can you help me with this : Add new button "Send Email"on incident form. On button click, it will send an email to the'assigned to'user. Mail should contain details like incident number, state, priority, description. Add a link of the incident in the mail.
