Hi Fernando - thank you for watching! The quick is answer is YES to both of your questions. I recorded a short video and will get that in the video feed showing this actually working. But until that drops, the feature you're looking for in the documentation is "Space Mapping" and "Space Management" which are part of the Workplace Service Delivery applications in ServiceNow. The asset to space relationship is something you'll need to create and my video will show you exactly how to do that. Thanks for the content inspiration and be on the lookout for that video!

Hi Olga! Thank you so much for watch and leaving a comment! Once Indoor Mapping is installed and you've created some maps, then you need to go to the "Space Mapping" application and import them. Check out this link to the ServiceNow Space Mapping documentation. I installed the Indoor Mapping plugin and I can go to ESC and see that catalog item you are showing but when I click on it I get an error and seems like the link is broken. This is in my PDI. Are you demoing from a PDI or a paid instance? Also, did you install anything else other than the plugins? Many thanks

Hi Rahman - thank you for watching! I was not using a PDI for this video. That demo was done on what we call a "Showcase" instance that does indeed have all kinds of things installed. The biggest components related to Indoor Mapping are the Workplace Service Delivery applications - i.e., Workplace Reservation Management, Workplace Space Management and Workplace Move Management. I also recorded this video very soon after the Indoor Mapping plug-in was released. I think it has been versioned and improved a few times since setting that up. I'm taking a note to try this in my PDI like you're doing and will follow-up with you AND possibly release a video update. So stay tuned! =)

@@JustinMeadows Thank you appreciate the response. Actually there are the bits that can't be installed in a PDI which asks for store purchase and I am guessing the error I get is because of that.
