Seems like your user is not able to authenticate properly based on the user field which you have mapped in the SSO and it is logging you out

@@servicenowtalks3085 hi.. I don't know what's wrong.. I have give the same email in both user Id and email field.. Yet it didn't work.. However i have configured okta sso and it is working like charm.. Thanks btw

Hi, could you please help me to understand how to create user automatically in the servicenow after creating user in the AD, Is this handled by different integration or can we schedule to auto-import it via this integration itself as I can see user provisioning tab under the identity provider form

You could setup the auto import in Azure and this can be scheduled to sync up the required user attributes
