Pls. reply to the below comment brother!.... Dear Brother, I have done each step exactly like the way you have explained in this video, but when i click the button "Close Child Incident" nothing happens; NEITHER pop-up comes NOR the child inc gets closed. Iam unable to understand what is the problem. Iam a SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR profile. I have alI authorities. infact i have also checked all browser-settings whether pop-ups are disabled. Everything is proper. Iam really going crazy, whats happening in SNOW. I tried all the steps again afer ELEVATING-ROLE to SECURITY_ADMIN also. but still nothing happens. any idea what could be the problem(Also tried in different browsers also e.g. CHROME, IE-10 & AVAST browser also) I have downloaded "ROME" release/version. is it any problem?

how about if we hv more than one child incident ? for parent incident. do they close one by one or only first child incident ?

Hey! You extracted current.sysid. My understanding this will be of the parent incident. How did this close the child?

GlideRecord is for the overall incident table, from there we will filter the Parent_incident field which is current on the button.

it is not working. could you please confirm that from where you are closing child incident. as you have select parent field and parent state from choice list
