Dear Brother, I have done each step exactly like the way you have explained in this video, but when i click the button "Close Child Incident" nothing happens; NEITHER pop-up comes NOR the child inc gets closed. Iam unable to understand what is the problem. Iam a SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR profile. I have alI authorities. infact i have also checked all browser-settings whether pop-ups are disabled. Everything is proper. Iam really going crazy, whats happening in SNOW. I tried all the steps again afer ELEVATING-ROLE to SECURITY_ADMIN also. but still nothing happens. any idea what could be the problem(Also tried in different browsers also e.g. CHROME, IE-10 & AVAST browser also) I have downloaded "ROME" release/version. is it any problem?

GlideRecord is for the overall incident table, from there we will filter the Parent_incident field which is current on the button.
