Hi Manoj, Thanks for this awesome video, just want to understand the billing nature of this implementation. Whether version selection will invoke Lambda@edge function every-time or this is just a matter of one deployment. If changing the version invokes lambda function, won't it increase the bill? I'm little new to @edge function, so kindly help me clearing my doubt. Thanks & Regards, Rajan Shrivastav

Is it advisable to have 4 lambda function within a scope to single request as you described in your architecture. Wondering if it might impact performance / add delay for each requests? While describing the implementations it seems like you are using only one lambda function. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Hi Thanks for the video, But we are getting the following error. Can you tell why? The Lambda function associated with the CloudFront distribution is invalid or doesn't have the required permissions. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.

Hi Manoj Ayya, Is it safe to use HTTP for the communication between CloudFront and the S3 Origin? As S3 buckets do not support HTTPS with static hosting how do we confirm that we have secured communication between CloudFront and the S3 Origin?

Thank you for the video. AWS lambda has a default limit of 1000 concurrent instances (but can be increased after talking to support). Still if we have lambda handling user request directly, i see a throttling issue once we hit the concurrent lambda limit with in an AWS account. Will this not cause scalability issue?

In the beginning you mentioned that there are 4 lambda@edge that are created and in demo it is just one. that one the origin side, what about the lambda on viewer side
