Servo automatic Packer Wrapmatic mod. MW 42 for toilet rolls and kitchen towels of 1993. Composed of: up to 5 feeding lines with rolls launching unit (5-lines use only with rolls in max. diameter 95-100 mm) for packets of 4-6-8-9-12 toilet rolls 1-layer and 8-12-16-18-24-30 toilet rolls 2-layers (only 1 size is possible with available spares), lateral poly folders for 2-layers packets (1-layer folders: available for surcharge), rolls compression unit for "space saver" packets, upgraded poly cutting station: flexible knife + easy polyfoil separation (small tips). Speed : up to 100 packets/min. (4 toilet rolls). Equipped with Siemens S-5 electronic platform based (ADA axis cards). Updated safety protections managed by specific Siemens S-5 PLC. All electrical connections with new plugs. Machine visible dismantled and immediately available.
