There are multiple incorrect answers in the quiz. Example Q19. The answer after searching multiple spots online is (A) Ready to Eat Food should NEVER be handled with bare hand regardless of the situation. The quiz gave the correct answer as (C) When it is served to high risk people like the elderly and children. Please do not take these answers for granted. Study the book that was given to you. I found at least 3 others in this video that gave the wrong answer.

I found that there are situations where bare hand contact is allowed. Washing produce is one of them.

Well it varies by state in ohio you can prepare rte foods with bare hands but for the sake of the test we should never touch ready to eat foods with bare hands

Which doesn't make a lot of sense that washing produce with bare hands is allowed, unless that produce ends up going through the oven. Cold water isn't going to wash off the bacteria or viruses that could be transmitted from the hands. Although it does make a difference if the lettuce is washed before it is cut. You wouldn't want to cut the lettuce and then wash it. Makes sense to wash, then use gloves to cut.
