dr sahab mai apse screen nhi deni se ikhtilaaf krti hun ...bachon k ander tajasus hota hy hum jis se mana krte hain wo us cheez ko utna hee janna chahty hain...its digital era...screen deni chahiye but time table hona chahiye maine parental apps ki hui hain mai office main baithi fon lock kr deti hun daily usage ka time table hota hy mobile khud lock ho jata hy ...mere bache ka interest mechanics main hy he is just 5 mai almost mobile use krna chor chuki hun sirf bachon ki waja se...ta k wo zid na kren...wo zarurat k liye fon uthatay hain aur mera beita 5saal ka bajamaat namaz shoq se perta hy us ka time table bnaya hota hy kab kia krna...

Sir nowadays, grandparents have not hobby of books reading. They are use screen in free and relax time. Grandma and grandfather in hall room use screen like mobile, TikTok and Instagram so how I keep away from screen because I want save from sucreeen and I also don't use but grands parents used and this variable doesn't control so why I manage??? And create good environment with these hurdles and obstacles???????????
