I tried using t-test for just the training dataset of the titanic for Age columns only it failed to reject the Ho which was mean age is 35 for the sample size of 25. I think its because the data has high standard deviation.

In central limit theorem you said the plot formed by mean of each samples will be normally distributed, but in this case there is only one sample then how do you form normally distributed plot just by one sample?
