The automaton Viktor uses to confront Jayce and Mel in the council chamber is what's left of Huck, the little guy we first met in ep 1 in Vander's bar and who later helps Caitlyn get a cure for Vi's stab wound before betraying them to Silco. The patterns on the robotic husk match what he was wearing when he was acting as the doorman as part of Viktor's flock.

There was so much about the Cait/Vi scene to love…. How Cait was going to be honest and tell her she was with someone else….and Vi giving ZERO fucks because she has her cupcake back. Then Cait is the one who rips her shirt off in front of Vi very aggressively, but then is soft and gentle undoing Vi’s wrapping…and is then CONTINUALLY gentle with her. Gently caressing her, touching her softly where she hit her with her rifle as if to say “I’m sorry….I will NEVER hurt you again!”, giggling with her in pure joy because she is FINALLY with who she truly WANTS to be with. And Vi…alternating between being very aggressive with Cait, and then being very gentle with her. Showing Cait that it has basically been her….ALWAYS. Just such a perfect love story for these two. People said that they actually did it in season 1 at some point, but this scene right here is almost irrefutable proof that THIS is their first time. The gentle touches, the way that they look at each others bodies, the happy giggle when fumbling to get undressed....just all so PERFECT!!!! It wasn't about sex...it was about love, trust, letting go, giving in, and intimacy...all the things they NEEDED in that moment with each other, knowing what was about to come. So happy I got my Violyn back.

I think I said something about Cait saying bye to Maddie as soon as she got back with Vi. The next episode will be one for the books! So many twists and turns and a finale that will make you cheer!

It was really nice to see Silco again one last time in this episode , i honestly really miss him. He was a bad guy no doubt about that , but he wasnt an evil guy , there’s a diffreince between bad and evil , he was just a complex bad guy with “justifiable” motive’s. After all nobody in this show is perfect , everybody else is just as complex and non-perfect as Silco was. Complexity at it’s finest.

I understand liking the character, everyone is entlited to like them, but he is evil. Killing others is an evil thing to do. Bad is when you push an old woman, is inconsiderate to someone's feelings, don't respect others, but killing is beyond repair. Just because he understood Vander at the end, doesn't mean he is not evil. He also reaped what he sowed at his death. He isn't born evil, of course, but he turned out to be doing a bunch of other things that harmed and ruined many people's lives, including Vi and Powder, by killing Vander.

Ah yes, elation at Cait and Vi (🔥), badass Mel and Ambessa confrontation (👸🏿💪🏽), followed by extreme despair and sadness at Vander dying (again), permanently (😭). Reactions are on point, and how I felt too.

I must say that you did ask for the smallest portion of a reprieve, tears-wise, and to both our surprise, the show was magnanimous in that regard. Even the Vander of it all didn’t get you as bad as expected. Tis quite a victory, Jess, yes?
