I think 3-star Soraka from a couple patches ago was stronger. She insta deleted the enemy board when she ulted, plus she would heal the player for 75 health

Silver veil, a silver augment, really cook lisandra 3. Her skill just lock everyone up into one and activate the instant kill, but it actually have no damage at all, so basically if all of your team are immune to crowd effect then her skill can't even leave your team a scratch.

No. During PBE, he instantly created 3-star units that were placed on the spot. But it was too OP, and they removed it.
