He is not looking for someone that already knows how to do it or already have the abilities. God doesn't need what you think you need in order for you to be qualified. God will honor you in present of those who think you are not qualify. God will always establish the Lead he has chosen. He told the people of Israel while they were grumbling and dishonoring against Moses he told they as long as you guys help hold Moses 's hands you guys are going to win. Don't dishonor leadership no matter how young or old. God brought the the people of Israel out of the leadership of Pharoah to another leadership call Moses to bring them to the promise land.
