Touhou Spell Bubbles is a Puzzle Bobble game with rhythm elements in it.

If I'm not mistaken, there is a Taito crossover game titled "Pop'N Pop." Puzzle Bobble (a.k.a. Bust-A-Move) is not a Taito crossover, and do not fall for Puzzle Bobble (Bust-A-Move 99) have titles of games that have been made, because most of those characters are not in those games listed for them, but Bub and Super Sonic Blast Man do have their own games (Bub in Bubble Bobble and SSBB in Sucker Punch and Super Sonic Blast Man). If anyone knows any, you can list them. I'm not sure if I saw another, but I will not list it until I'm pretty sure of it, because I'm not going to make anymore idiotic posts like I have been doing, and I deserve criticisms from being wrong.

overall i like the ideas, simple but they have a strong purpose i dont think i understand the neutral special though, if an opponent hits the bubbles with an elemental move, they burst with one of those effects? can bub and bob create those effects themselves?

I remember in Puzzle Bobble 4 (aka Bust-A-Move 4), Develon has two palettes, and one is where his arms and legs are purple, and the other is where his arms and legs are blue, but that probably would be confusing if both of those palettes got accepted in Smash Bros. Why are Peb and Pab palettes for Bub and Bob instead of playable characters themselves, like their palette would be them. I know they do have a bow, but the bow that they wear seems to be of no use. I know the problem with using Develon, he will have to breathe fire and fly, so he could not be a complete character in the palette, because Bub and Bob have to use those abilities, which seems impossible, unless you included the fire ability, like the limited power-up item in Bubble Bobble, but still no flying ability available to them. Develon's color can only be a palette for them.

3:41 - The Gray Bob can also be because they had a game on the Game Boy. ..though I guess it'd have to be paired with olive-green to complete it... instead of pinkand orange? 10:00 - I was hoping you'd have used the special move from Bubble Bobble Part 2 for NES, where they inhale their own bubble! I do not know if Viewtiful Joe will come back. Clover Studios developed Viewtiful Joe. I read Clover Studios went out of business, and I think I read after it went out of business, some of those workers worked for Capcom, and some of those workers worked for Platinum Games. Someone suggested that Capcom and Platinum Games work together to make Viewtiful Joe 3. I think we got Capcom and Platinum Games for Super Smash Bros. We will have to wait for the next Super Smash Bros. Game if it comes out. I'm not sure if that's possible, because Ultimate seems to end the series with all the Smash characters coming in, plus some newcomers, and also all DLC has been finished for Smash Ultimate. Maybe a new title can put them in with those Smash characters, that is if Capcom decides to bring Viewtiful Joe back.
