Tip from a set main: put his 2 on instant cast, if you just wanna go straight damage and they don’t have anti-heal soul eater works on his ult and really makes you unkillable in his ult

I may have missed it but in case he forgot to say it one cool thing about spawns of set is they give vision, much like a small ward. You can manipulate it with your 1 to make it a moving ward. Something cool to see like FG’s HP.

I've been playing around with him recently because i had a game where the enemy team had a set, he went 32-3 and just would not die. So I gave him a try and he is definitely a really hard character to play right. I've started doing okay with him but I just can't seem to become unkillable like the one that destroyed my team in that game I mentioned earlier.

I see a lot of people say he’s underwhelming and I can understand that, I guess it depends on the enemy comp, but set does some SERIOUS burst damage. Also don’t overcommit with your ult, if you land four basic attacks you get healed, do NOT mistake that with “you get healed in your ult” I constantly see set’s tower diving at level 10 with their ult below half health just cuz I’m around 25%. Just try to think things through and about who you’re up against.

He's only as good as the player that's using him. Set can hard carry sure but if you can't jungle effectively while using your brain it's gonna be pretty tough. He's not like baka which is just all autos. Literally brain dead

Blue Tablet. As someone who mains Set (almost there on getting his diamond skin) some lifesteal is fine, but you are going to get assblasted if they buy anti-heal and if they focus you down really well.

Soul Eater also gets easily countered by anti-heal.

What I like do is grab items that Debuff on basic attacks cause I like running set as a tank buster. With items like Itrovile (Blue Bow), Exicutioner, Brawlers (if they have good heal. Same with toxic blade), Stone Cutting Sword, what have you. And the items that buff your basic attacks after abilities cause your always gonna start an engagement with lunge and spawns. But that's why I like Set. He's very versatile with how you wanna play them
