hey! it really depends on your OS and aesthetic preferences. ive only ever used dell and macbooks, my personal opinion would be a macbook, but its not neccesary. i see a lot of people enjoy using think pads too! at the end of the day, any laptop will do you just fine!

I got one of the Grovemade desk shelves as well. I was disappointed with the overall quality. Its ok, dont get me wrong but this thing costs well over £300 when you have import fees to the UK and i dont think it feels premium enough. The Cork feet feel weak and a little flimsy and the metal bows a bit. Good honest review

Fully convinced that since your PhD ended, the university you work at wants their studio displays back, that’s why you’re boxing them up. No one in their right mind would buy them then just put them back in their boxes in the corner of your room??

firstly, if you're ever wondering these things, feel free to just reach out and ask me, im always very honest about these things! secondly, apple sent me these monitors to try them out. when apple send PR, its on a hardware loan meaning i have the products for a fixed amount of time before i send them back. the reason theyre in the corner is because i still have a little bit of time before i need to send them back but i dont want to continue using them anymore :) btw, no university in the world would give a student two apple studio displays lmao. yeh next time just ask me or if you follow me on IG/ Tiktok ive spoke about it loads!
