Why does my blade keep jumping off the wheels ? Tried tracking, tension to no avail. Any ideas please ? I have had the bandsaw for over a year but due to ill health only now unboxing it. Thanks in Advance.

I never got no Bandsaw Buddy or tape with mine and it's loose as hell and I literally had to grind down the slot for the bearing, to be able to tighten it. Really badly made. Should I call in, or are they not included?
