Can quizzes be set up and certificate be automatically be generated if the learner passes the quiz?

We don't yet have Quizzes, but we do plan to add them in the future, and yes, you would be able to trigger a Document Template (which will be your Certificate) based on passing the Quiz.

Can I have multiple different client portals? Say one client portal for clients who are paying me to design their site, and another portal for clients who want to learn how to design their own sites?
